Our model means that we are able to give landlords a secure, long term, guaranteed company tenancy whilst at the same time providing vulnerable people with a chance to live independently. Some of the benefits for landlords are:

  • Guaranteed rent - paid in advance and not paid through housing benefit
  • Market rents paid
  • Full deposit that does not need to be registered with DPS
  • Peace of mind that the property is being looked after
  • Long term lets (subject to the needs of the service user)

We have a wide range of vulnerable people with varying needs on our waiting list. We look for one bedroom flats up to three/four bedroom houses and also have a need for wheelchair accessible properties although the majority of our clients are able bodied and need no adaptations.

We currently work with a large number of private landlords and letting agents across Devon and Cornwall and ensure a hassle free tenancy with guaranteed rent and deposit.
