We are looking for a part time (20hrs - 30hrs a week - flexible for the right person) Housing & Welfare Officer to cover the Exeter, Mid and East Devon areas. Are you someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable people to live independently within the community? Are you dedicated, compassionate, with a flexible approach to your work? If so, this is the role for you!

service userHollywell provides housing related support, so this is not a personal care role, but you will be working with people who have a diagnosis of learning disability and/or autism in their own home, supporting them to manage and maintain a tenancy and live independently. Our tenants are fantastic and we are seeing them thrive and develop in their lives and thrive within their communities. Full training and support will be given, it is more important that you have a passionate, positive and empathetic approach, as well as being happy to work remotely.
