Hollywell is growing rapidly and we are now recruiting for another pivotal role within our organisation. The Maintenance Coordinator role will play a key part in ensuring that our vulnerable tenants are living in safe, comfortable and compliant homes. This is a part time role of 15 hours per week, ideally worked over a Monday, Wednesday and Friday althoug this is flexible for the right person.

The majority of our homes are leased from private sector letting agents and landlords, meaning that a significant part of this role will be liaising with these stakeholders, reporting repairs and ensuring that they are completed to a high standard. The role will also include speaking to the vulnerable people that Hollywell support, ensuring that work is coordinated and completed in a sensitive way around their unique need. Ensuring the safety and compliance of our tenancies is of paramount importance in the work that we do and this role is a central part of this.

The role would suit someone who has previously worked as a property manager for a residential lettings organisation or similar.

Salary - £22,700 + 27 days holiday and pension (pro rata)
