The term 'Acquired Brain Injury' (ABI) relates to damage caused either by illness or injury, resulting in physical, psychological or mental health challenges. We recognise that brain injuries differ widely in their severity and therefore the individual needs of the person.

It can be frustrating to people who were perhaps more able bodied before the incident that caused the damage to their brain and we work hard to try and find a home that fits their needs whilst giving them the support they require to manage a tenancy effectively.

A useful source of information on ABI can be found on the Aquired Brain Injury website
